is done using US Postal Service. A flat rate of $8.00 is charged with your order.  All International orders are subject to customs fees and taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Any shipping costs in addition to the $8.00 shipping fee will be charged separately .

We use the information solely to process orders and stay in contact with you regarding those orders. Returns, Exchanges & Repairs

We try to accurately depict our products and hope that you will enjoy your jewelry. However, you may return your unworn jewelry for an exchange within 7 days of receipt. Please email us for an Exchange Authorization. The jewelry must be returned unworn in the same NEW condition that it was received.All ITEMS ON SALE or CUSTOMIZED pieces are FINAL SALES. All charges, including shipping fees, are non-refundable.If you should need a repair or replacement, please contact us before returning the jewelry. We will try to assess if there will be a repair fee before you return the merchandise. We are not responsible for buyer negligence, and the buyer is responsible for all repair or replacement fees in the case of misuse, accidents, or abuse.

 

Jewelry Care

1. Store your gold-plated jewelry in velvet, satin or any soft fabric-lined jewelry box. You can also wrap it in a soft material or place in a re-sealable plastic bag to prevent scratches. Keep all your pieces separate from each other to prevent scratching.

2. Remove all gold-plated jewelry before showering, applying lotion, make-up, hairspray and perfume. Soap and lotion usually won’t harm gold, but it can cause a film residue to form, making it appear dull and dingy.

3.Remove all gold-plated jewelry before cleaning. Household cleaners and other harsh chemicals will reduce the luster and can permanently damage your gold-plated jewelry over time.
